I started in the Real Estate Business working for a Company that was a combined Mortgage Company, and a Real Estate Company that serviced all of Southern California. It was great place to get started and I was fortunate enough to be able to learn so much about what different Communities and Counties have to offer.
As a Sellers Agent the Extensive Target Marketing Plan that I create specifically for each individual home, allows the opportunity to get the maximum value for the property and achieve the goal of SOLD. I am an e-PRO Certified Internet Professional and use that knowledge to help market listings. Over 86% of home buyers start their search on the Internet, some as early as six months before they are ready to make an offer.

Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI)
The GRI designation indicates to buyers, sellers and other real estate industry professionals that I have made the commitment to provide a high level of professional service to my clients by securing a strong educational foundation. Completing the designation requirements hours of classroom instruction plus passing all the exams. Subjects covered included contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, and finance.
Certified Distressed Property Expert, CDPE.
A Certified Distressed Property Expert® is a real estate professional with specific understanding of the complex issues confronting the real estate industry, and the foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners. Through comprehensive training and experience, CDPEs are able to provide solutions for homeowners facing hardships in today’s market, specifically short sales.
The prospect of foreclosure can be financially and emotionally devastating, and often homeowners proceed without guidance of any kind. The developers of the CDPE Designation believe that the best course of action for a homeowner in distress is to speak with a well-informed, licensed real estate professional. They have the tools needed to help homeowners find the best solution for their situation.
